Sr. Unity Developer (Project Based)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of interactive 2D/3D applications and games using the Unity engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, object-oriented programming, and experience delivering high-quality, performance-optimized Unity projects across platforms such as mobile, PC, AR/VR, or console.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Unity-based applications or games.
• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code in C#.
• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and backend developers to implement gameplay features, UI/UX, and interactive systems.
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Implement game physics, animations, AI systems, and asset pipelines.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party plugins (analytics, ads, multiplayer, etc.).
• Guide and mentor junior Unity developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.
• Work with the QA team to identify, reproduce, and fix issues.
• Stay updated on the latest Unity technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity3D/Unity Engine (latest LTS versions).
• Experience with mobile (iOS/Android), PC, or AR/VR platforms.
• Understanding of game physics, shaders, and rendering pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with asset bundles, addressables, and memory optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
