Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Chikkadpally , Hyderabad - Onsite
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across a wide range of technologies for clients throughout the United States. The recruiter should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT positions — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions with account managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Stay updated with current IT market trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–6+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting for roles in Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, QA, and ERP domains.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS tools like CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Zoho Recruit.
- Prior experience working with direct clients or tier-1 vendors.
- Understanding of corp-to-corp compliance and subcontractor management.
