Company Overview
We are completely overhauling our entire digital experience for members, from our public-facing site to our account origination and online/mobile banking platforms. We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help us champion this vision and provide a best-in-class, user-centered digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion user experience: Serve as a subject matter expert in user-centered design, guiding the evolution of all digital properties, including our website, account applications, and online/mobile banking.
- Architect workflows: Re-envision and design complex application workflows, creating architectural deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. Experience with opportunities and constraints within the Salesforce development environment is a significant plus.
- Collaborate and translate: Work closely with business analysts, content strategists, and digital analysts to drive UX-related business requirements.
- Conduct user research: Plan and conduct usability tests and contextual inquiries with users, providing solution options and guidance based on user feedback.
- Manage the design system: Maintain and evolve the existing robust design system and UX standards in collaboration with other designers and developers.
- Work independently: Operate as an independent contributor, partnering with specific business units and their stakeholders to understand business goals and track metrics for improving the digital experience.
- Translate vision into reality: Capture and transform management's strategic vision into concrete, actionable UX deliverables.
Qualifications
- Must have experience working with Salesforce Lightning components or in a Salesforce development environment.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma for design deliverables
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
