The Senior Vice President of Operations plays a critical, enterprise-wide leadership role in ensuring Aspire Allergy & Sinus clinics across all markets consistently deliver exceptional patient care across every service line. This leader is responsible for shaping and scaling the operational strategy that supports a best-in-class patient experience—from the moment a patient walks into an Aspire clinic through every touchpoint of their care journey.
In this role, the Sr. VP of Operations partners closely with clinical, revenue cycle, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement while supporting rapid growth. They empower clinic teams with the systems, processes, and leadership needed to deliver high-quality care efficiently, compassionately, and consistently—ensuring Aspire’s mission and patient-first culture are felt in every market.

- Market logistics/clinic openings
- Disseminate and ensure compliance of all new protocols/processes across all markets
- Identify and cultivate strategic growth opportunities within the markets
- Drive consistency and growth with data analytics across all markets
- Manage and hold Market VP of Operations accountable for market KPIs through monthly market KPI review and action plan development and implementation
- Make recommendations for template changes that maximize revenue producing visit types across all markets
- Monitor operational performance and collaborate with senior leadership to formulate competitive strategies.
- Accountable for achieving clinical and financial targets for all markets

Manage assigned markets to their P&L
- Execute cost reduction strategies that do not reduce quality of care.
- Maintain provider schedules and allocate staff to support patient flow.
- Act as a senior reviewer for analytics outputs, ensuring quality and precision.
- Oversee comprehensive processes for designing and executing complex analytical projects.
- Coordinate with Medical Directorsto drive compliance of all providers to Aspire protocols, foundational practices and plans of care.
- Continually analyze trends, processes and service failures and lead initiatives to improve operations and the patient experience.
- Address any patient complaints or identified service issues to remedy poor patient experiences.
- Maintain continued education in all core front office and back office processes and protocols.
- Create a culture of quality and safety by maintaining a high level of clinical training across all staff and ensuring adherence to safety reporting and the conduct of safety drills.
- Support growth of assigned market through coordinating with Aspire's Marketing & Sales staff and proper staff planning

Supervisory responsibilities
- Lead the entire clinical team in assigned markets in all operations required to support patient care at all clinics. This includes back office, front office and mid-levels.
- Staff market (hire/fire) and create/maintain workflows that meet assigned market's performance benchmarks.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to team members, as well as organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and outlining duties.
- Train, coach and mentor employees.
- Conduct quarterly mid-level metrics review
- Perform a site visit to each clinic in your assigned market(s) at least one time a quarter.
- Perform monthly chart audits for each provider assigned to your region to ensure timely charting.
Work environment Both working alongside clinical staff and Aspire Allergy patients in assigned clinics
Travel required – 33% of the time to Assigned Aspire Allergy clinics

Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of clinical leadership experience (Front & Back Office preferred)
- Experience working directly with healthcare providers to facilitate clinical operations.
Experience with both Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records software.
