Sr. Warehouse Executive

 Manage end-to-end warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.  Oversee product assembly, packaging, and quality control teams.

 Ensure real-time inventory accuracy across Shopify, marketplaces, and 3PL systems.

 Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

 Manage courier & logistics partners for timely deliveries.

 Lead and motivate staff, ensuring performance even under high-pressure/extended shifts.

 Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies in warehouse operations.

 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce warehouse or supply chain management.

 Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, WMS/ERP.

 Proven expertise in inventory audits, 3PL management, and order fulfilment.

 Ability to handle high-volume order peaks and manage extended working hours when required.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
