SR.Manual /API Tester

Design, document, and execute test cases for manual and API testing.

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and provide detailed reports.

Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure no new issues are introduced.

Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Lead testing efforts on multiple projects and guide junior testers.

Participate in requirement review meetings and provide input on testability and acceptance criteria.

Continuously improve testing processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years of experience in API testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and life cycles.
• Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, or similar).
• Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
