Sr.QA Engineer

Position Summary

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical leadership in the establishment and maintenance of process control using appropriate statistical tools and techniques.
• Lead and support in the qualification of new suppliers, products, consumables as well as processes.
• Oversee the following:- Compatibility Testing, Stress Testing, Configuration Testing. Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Back end Testing, Automation - QTP - Regression testing. Check on the VB Script, Open STA(performance tool) - Scripting.
• Work closely with operation teams to resolve product reliability, test and measurement issues.
• Must be able to work on multiple tasks at a time and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where maintenance and emergency software updates coincide with major project releases
• Provide breakdown of QA tasks and time estimates for project/Test planning.
• Work closely with project members to resolve product reliability, test and quality issues.
• Plan and coordinate the quality activities in all projects activities.
• Reviewing the status reports of team members and addressing the issues as appropriate.
• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors those with less experience through formal channels.
• Helps team execute career development plans. Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by us.
• Trains other innovators and clients through both formal and informal training programs. Experience in handling multiple projects is preferred.
• Oversee the inspection on final assembled mechanical associated products.
• Coordinating and conducting internal quality auditing on a periodical basis.
• Leading and participating in quality improvement programs and cross functional projects.
• Improvise and verify the certificates and test reports to ensure incoming feedback conforming to specifications.
• Maintain inspection records, quality related and update documents, codes, standards, specification as required by the quality system
