Operate the SSOC helpdesk and command center functions by receiving, logging, dispatching, tracking, and closing emergency and non-emergency service requests.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or diploma degree.

1–3 years experience in call center, dispatch center, security operations, or hospital helpdesk.

Healthcare experience preferred.
Technical Skills

Computer literacy.

Ability to use multiple monitoring systems simultaneously.
