Job Summary:

Central Academy School, Phalodi is seeking a passionate and qualified Social Studies (SST) Teacher to teach students at the Middle / Secondary level. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Social Studies subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics as per the CBSE/State curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Monitor and support students’ academic progress
• Participate in school meetings, training programs, and academic planning
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Social Studies or related subject
• B.Ed is mandatory
• Prior teaching experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)
• Good command over English and Hindi
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an advantage
