SST Teacher Primary Section

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team at American Lyceum International School. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching young learners and capable of creating an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-planned lessons that align with ALIS curriculum standards.
• Foster an engaging classroom environment through visual, audio, and activity-based teaching.
• Provide individualized attention and instruction to cater to students' varied learning needs.
• Assess student progress through tests, classwork, and activities; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary lessons and school activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
• Maintain classroom order, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Encourage student participation in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular programs.
• Track and report on student development, both academic and personal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the primary level.
• Montessori diploma or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in using MS Office and online teaching tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
