Early Years Coordinator

Position: Early Years Coordinator

Olevels.com School is seeking a competent and nurturing Early Years Coordinator who can play an active role in enhancing teaching quality and student learning. The coordinator will support teachers, closely monitor students’ academic progress, and work collaboratively with parents to ensure a strong learning foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Observe, assess, and guide teachers’ classroom practices and lesson planning
-Provide training, mentoring, and academic support to teachers
-Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and behavior
-Communicate confidently with parents, address concerns, and build positive relationships
-Ensure smooth academic operations and discipline within the section
-Maintain academic records, reports, and follow-ups
-Strong English communication skills
-Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
-Tech-competent
