The Staff Accountant position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth month-end processes. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting functions, collaborate across departments, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and compliance.
Job Duties:Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:- Month-End Close Excellence: Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support reliable financial reporting.
- Account Reconciliation Leadership: Perform detailed month-end account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity across all accounts.
- Intercompany Coordination: Prepare and reconcile monthly intercompany transactions, collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Consolidation Support: Assist in the month-end consolidation process, contributing to a smooth and efficient close cycle.
- Vendor Management: Support vendor creation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely updates.
- Cash Reconciliation Ownership: Take responsibility for cash reconciliations, safeguarding accuracy and transparency in cash flow reporting.
- Expense Management: Assist in the administration of SAP Concur, helping streamline expense reporting and compliance.
- Policy Execution: Support the implementation of company policies and methodologies, driving consistency and best practices across processes.
- Audit Preparation: Assist with year-end audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Special Projects & Reporting: Contribute to strategic initiatives, generate ad hoc reports, and provide insights that support decision-making and process improvements.
Required Competencies & Knowledge:Knowledge of:- General Accounting
- SAP, other major ERP

- Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros) and database management
- Advanced analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years experience required
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $66,813-$100,219/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
