POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing bank and cash reporting, recording bank transactions in the General Ledger, and performing bank reconciliations for corporate and practice accounts. The Treasury Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting treasury operations for partner practices and corporate management.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Download and review daily bank activity
  • Deposit corporate and practice checks
  • Assist with cash flow reporting and monitor cash balances
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports
  • Support setup of new bank accounts and user access
  • Record banking activity in NetSuite General Ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements in NetSuite monthly
  • Assist with banking transitions for new partner practices
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Assist with external audits
  • Perform ad-hoc treasury duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
