Staff Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients in a variety of industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, payroll, taxes and other financial reports

Develop and analyze reporting for business operations

Report to and assist Company President

Please note that this is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous work experience in an Accounting role is a must
• BS - Accounting or related field preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks Desktop, QBO and Excel
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Ability to multitask and possess strong organizational skills
