SWFW Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including month-end close, daily accounting operations, inventory control, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting. The role also includes exposure to tax-related tasks, database management, and regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal management.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals currently pursuing a degree in Accounting who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with and perform month-end close processes
• Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries and account maintenance
• Perform inventory tracking, control, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and data
• Support account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with tax-related activities as needed
• Maintain and support accounting databases and systems
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management
• Contribute to process improvements and overall financial accuracy
