The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

You’re the one keeping the numbers clean, accurate, and on track.

From monthly close to reconciliations, you make sure everything ties out—no loose ends, no surprises.

You’ll work across the accounting team, handling journal entries, reviewing financial data, and helping ensure reports are accurate and on time.

It’s structured, detail-driven work—but you’re not alone. You’re part of a team that relies on each other to get it right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Prepare journal entries and support monthly/year-end close
Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
Maintain financial records and reports
Assist with fixed asset tracking and maintenance
Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Support internal and external reporting requests
Meet deadlines consistently and communicate progress clearly

What Makes You a Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
Clear communicator and team player

Compensation + Perks
Earn $50,000 - $55,000/year (based on experience)
