Part-Time Accountant for Pharmacy Chain
We are looking for an experienced and trustworthy Part-Time Accountant to manage the accounting and stock reconciliation for our pharmacy branches.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or pharmacy accounting and be able to identify differences between physical stock and software records, manage supplier credits, and improve financial control across all branches.
Responsibilities:
- Check and reconcile pharmacy stock with software inventory
- Investigate stock shortages and inventory differences
- Monitor supplier balances and outstanding credits
- Maintain accurate accounting records for all branches
- Prepare monthly financial and stock reports
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding inventory and accounting issues
- Help improve stock control and accounting systems
- Ensure proper documentation of purchases, sales, and returns
Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience (pharmacy or retail experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Familiarity with accounting software and pharmacy systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Honest, organized, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and visit branches when needed
