As a Staff Attorney on the Legal team, a typical day for you will include:
- Performing a wide range of legal support for Neighborly brands, departments, and corporate locations.
- Gaining hands-on legal experience in areas including franchise law, intellectual property, contracts, employment law, and litigation.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Supporting corporate governance activities, monitoring changes in relevant laws, and performing legal research and writing.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- Open to new graduates. This position is designed for a recent law school graduate looking to gain experience and grow with the company.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High computer literacy, including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A sense of humor.
- Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model, currently: Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.
- Your office will be located at 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX
