Staff Attorney – Litigation

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience. This is a dynamic opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a mix of client interaction, case management, and hands-on litigation work..

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage litigation cases from start to finish.
• Assist senior attorneys in ongoing cases.
• Interview clients and screen new cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Handle extensive client communication and provide legal guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland or Virginia (multi-jurisdictional licensure is a plus).
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude towards case management.
• A passion for client interaction and providing high-quality legal representation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
