About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Staff Augmentation Specialist to help expand our client base by providing skilled resources to global customers. This role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting suitable talent, and closing staff augmentation deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients requiring staff augmentation / resource outsourcing
- Understand client requirements for contract, contract-to-hire, and dedicated resources
- Present suitable candidate profiles aligned with client needs
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (US preferred)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closures in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0.5–1 years of experience in staff augmentation, IT sales, or B2B services sales
- Strong understanding of contract-based hiring models
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with international clients and time zones
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT resources / software engineers / remote teams
- Exposure to US, UK, or Middle East markets
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and technical roles
- Experience in outbound sales and cold outreach
