We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, demonstrate clinical excellence, and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities.

· Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform medical treatments.

· Monitor patient progress and interpret specialized tests and vital signs.

· Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and aftercare.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control protocols are consistently followed.

· Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid or emergency care as needed.

· Prepare patient rooms and medical equipment; sterilize instruments as per protocols.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.

· Perform additional professional duties as assigned by nursing supervisors or medical leadership.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

· Valid PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) registration.

· Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Prior clinical or hospital experience preferred (new graduates may be considered).

· Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
