Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care in accordance with the highest standards of nursing practice. This includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing individualized care, and evaluating outcomes. The nurse ensures safe and compassionate care while supporting medical teams in diagnostics, procedures, and emergency response.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Prepare patients for operations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Ensure infection control standards are maintained.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-hospital care.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to clinical discussions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of medical equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
