Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

Guardian Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, adhere to hospital protocols, and contribute to a safe and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care based on physician’s instructions and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts using hospital systems.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge care, and medication usage.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.Maintain cleanliness and order in the nursing station and patient areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,506.66 - ₹17,500.00 per month
