Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Registered Nurses / Staff Nurses to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centric, evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately in patient records.
• Provide emotional support, education, and information to patients and their families.
• Ensure infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and hygiene practices are strictly followed.
• Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain and manage medical equipment, supplies, and ward inventory.
• Participate in continuous training, audits, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council
• 0 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience (Freshers may also apply)
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis management abilities
