Job Roles and Responsibilities of Staff Nurse
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, ECG, and other cardiac parameters.
- Administer medications, including IV drugs and blood thinners, as prescribed.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
- Monitor patients post-cardiac surgery (e.g., angioplasty, coronary artery bypass grafting).
- Provide pre and post-operative care for cardiac patients.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, medications, lifestyle changes, and recovery plans.
- Work closely with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest and assist in resuscitation efforts.
- Administer CPR, defibrillation, and other emergency interventions as necessary.
- Monitor patients in the critical care unit and respond to any changes in condition promptly.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during times of stress or uncertainty.
- Address patient concerns and provide clear communication regarding treatment options and procedures.
- Assist in end-of-life care and provide comfort measures for patients requiring palliative care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and procedures at all times.
- Maintain professional certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS) as required.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
