Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' health status, including monitoring vital signs and symptoms.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosages and monitoring for adverse reactions.
  • Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing necessary interventions and coordinating with the healthcare team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations, treatments, and responses to care.
  • Safety & Infection Control: Identify potential hazards, implement safety protocols, and adhere to infection control standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (GNM).
  • Licensure: Valid registration with the appropriate nursing board or council.
  • Experience: Clinical experience in a healthcare setting is often required; specific experience may be needed based on the role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other medical software.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
