Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Clinical Duties: Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results. Operate and maintain medical equipment. Assist in medical procedures and surgeries. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Document all nursing actions, patient responses, and any changes in patient condition. Ensure all documentation complies with legal and institutional standards.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Provide clear and concise patient education and discharge instructions. Report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Follow infection control and occupational health and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
