Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, treatments, and rounds.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and legal standards.
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge care, and preventive health practices.
- Ensure infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (doctors, therapists, pharmacists, dieticians) to deliver holistic care.
- Respond to medical emergencies (Code Blue, trauma, critical cases) efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ward/ICU/OT as assigned.
- Participate in staff training, continuing education, and quality improvement programs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
