Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to patients during pre and post operation phases.
• Assist in surgery along with emotional support to patients.
• Provide specialized care to patients under medical supervision.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, IVs, and as per doctor’s orders.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and comfort of patient during the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and nursing records, including reports for critical cases.
• Assist ophthalmologists during procedures and emergency situations.
• Manage infection control practices and equipment sterilization in critical care areas.
• Communicate effectively with family members and provide timely updates on patient conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Nursing Council.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with training may apply).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle critical care responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
