Staff nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse with 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should hold a GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification and demonstrate strong patient care skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing protocols and medical guidelines
• Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency care situations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all patients at all times
• Adhere to infection control policies and clinical safety protocols
• Participate in ward rounds, shift handovers, and team meetings
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards in patient care

Requirements:

• Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
• License/Registration: Must be registered with the Nursing Council
• Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hospital software and basic computer skills is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,379.65 per month
