Job Description – Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse
Department: Nursing Services
Location: Hospital / Healthcare Facility

Salary Range:

• Freshers: ₹20,000/- Gross per month ( CTC Rs 23000/-)

• Experienced Staff: ₹20,000/- to ₹35,000/- Gross per month (salary not a constraint for skilled candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients in ICU, General Ward, or other assigned units.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per doctors’ orders.
• Assist in nursing procedures, diagnostic tests, and emergency care.
• Support doctors and senior nurses during rounds, surgeries, and critical cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and shift handover.
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
• Provide health education and emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

Skills & Competencies

• Clinical knowledge (basic for freshers, advanced for experienced).
• Strong observation and patient-care skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
