Staff Nurse

• Direct Patient Care:Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Care Planning:Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Patient & Family Education:Provide information on illnesses, treatment plans, and post-hospital recovery.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and document all care provided.
• Team Collaboration:Coordinate care with doctors, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Environmental Management:Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Technical Tasks:Perform various technical nursing tasks and operate medical equipment.
