Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, sugar, pulse, temperature).
• Provide clinical support: medication (under supervision), digital monitoring, insulin/IM injections, oxygen administration.
• Manage advanced care: ventilator/Bipap/Cpap, IV/TPN, tracheostomy, catheter care, and medicine charting.
• Offer emotional support, health education, and maintain communication between patients and care team.
• Respond to emergencies with basic life support techniques.
• Adhere to infection control, biomedical waste guidelines, and continuous care follow-up.
• Maintain professionalism: punctuality, grooming, compassion, and compliance with company policies.
