Staff Nurse

• Patient Assessment: Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' health needs and conditions.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessments.
• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide basic nursing care.
• Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' conditions, identifying and reporting changes to healthcare teams.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and document all aspects of care provided.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and strategies for disease prevention and rehabilitation.
