Core responsibilities of Nurse Trainer (Part Time)

  • Training and development:

Design and deliver training programs based on the NGO's curriculum and goals. This can include both classroom-based lectures and hands-on, on-the-job mentoring.

  • Curriculum and materials:

Develop and refine training materials, such as lesson plans, manuals, and handbooks.

  • Assessment and evaluation:

Conduct assessments to gauge training needs and measure the impact of training through pre- and post-tests. Track and report on training outcomes to management.

  • Mentorship and guidance:

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff to improve their clinical skills and competencies.

  • Data and reporting:

Analyze data related to training and health outcomes, maintain records, and generate quarterly reviews or assessments.

  • Collaboration:

Work with other healthcare professionals, program staff, and community leaders to align training with project goals.

  • Staying current:

Keep up-to-date with advancements in medical knowledge and best practices to ensure training is evidence-based.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A nursing degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Nursing, GNM)
  • Registered with a relevant nursing authority
  • Experience in clinical nursing, especially in training and mentoring roles
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Adaptability and cultural sensitivity, particularly for working in diverse or challenging environment..

· Salary Bracket:

Salary Bracket is 8000 k.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
