Staff Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned ICU patients.
• Take detailed bedside handover and check patients for skin issues, bedsores, or line infections.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and infusions as per orders, ensuring proper labeling and dosage.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient parameters hourly or as required.
• Ensure all ICU equipment (ventilator, BiPAP, suction, DVT pumps, etc.) is clean, functional, and used safely.
• Follow strict infection control and hand hygiene practices at all times.
• Provide daily hygiene care—sponge bath, oral care, catheter care, and position change every 2 hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charts, and incident reports for all patient activities.
• Assist doctors during rounds and bedside procedures.
• Maintain professional behavior and ensure a calm, silent environment in the ICU.
• Ensure adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and functioning of emergency equipment.
• Be flexible for duty reallocation as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.81 per month
