Staff Nurse

1. Execute the nursing care as planned by the Department Incharge

2. Perform all team management job as assigned by the Deparment Incharge

3. Give all MIS and reports to the Incharge.

4. Enquire and know about the following:

New admissions.

Transfers.

Surgery and investigation list.

Discharges.

5. Send patients for surgeries / investigations as per the schedule.

6. Monitor vital signs routine / as per the orders and document it.

7. Ensure that water and diet is provided for all patients as per the diet orders.

8. Accompany the Consultants for clinical rounds and carry out their written orders.

9. Ensure replacement of medicines, if not endorse to the next shift.

10. Post all IP issues and bedside procedures.

11. Complete all relevant documents.

12. Check the patient’s records for any changes, special orders etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,401.10 per month
