Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established medical protocols and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Observe, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
• Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing ).
• Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council registration required).
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
