Staff Nurse

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist in basic procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, and sample collection.
• Provide post-operative and pre-operative care to patients.
• Ensure patients’ personal hygiene and comfort needs are met.

2. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate patient records including medical charts, treatment logs, and nursing notes.
• Report significant changes in patients’ conditions to the senior nurse or doctor immediately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and legal regulations regarding documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
