Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are followed.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.
• Participate in training, continuous education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing).
• Registration: Registered Nurse with [State/National Nursing Council].
• Experience:
• Fresher or experienced (0–3 years preferred in hospital or clinical setting).
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical and observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (rotational).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
