Staff Nurse

• Patient care and assessment: Assess patient health conditions, monitor vital signs, and observe symptoms.
• Treatment and medication: Administer medications, perform treatments like wound care, and monitor for potential side effects.
• Care planning: Develop and execute individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other team members.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records and charts.
• Patient and family education: Counsel patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
• Supervision: Oversee and guide the work of other nursing staff, such as licensed practical nurses and assistants.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
