Staff Nurse

• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous fluids as prescribed by physicians.
• Continuously observe and record patient vital signs and symptoms, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records.
• Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Assist with or perform technical nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Provide immediate care during medical emergencies.
• Adhere to and enforce safety and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues
