Staff Nurse

• Patient Care
• Provide direct nursing care to patients based on their needs.
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes to the physician.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily patient activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Assessment & Documentation
• Perform regular patient assessments (vital signs, physical condition).
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charts.
• Document all nursing procedures and interactions.
• Medical Support
• Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.
• Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and other medical interventions.
• Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of medical equipment.
• Health Education
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and aftercare.
• Provide guidance on disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
• Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient care planning and nursing rounds.
• Ensure proper handovers between shifts.
• Safety & Compliance
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Administrative Duties
• Manage patient admission and discharge processes.
• Requisition and manage medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain schedules and support ward management as needed.
• Professional Development
• Attend training, workshops, and continuing education sessions.
• Stay updated on current nursing practices and healthcare developments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,622.64 per month
