Job Title: Staff Nurse

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols, medical guidelines, and ethical standards. The role involves assisting doctors, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical histories.

Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.

Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the hospital information system.

Educate patients and their families on health care, post-treatment care, and medication usage.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control practices are followed at all times.

Handle medical equipment carefully and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow the hospital’s emergency protocols.

Coordinate with other nursing and healthcare staff for smooth patient care operations.

Adhere to all hospital policies, ethical practices, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

Registration: Must be a registered nurse with the State Nursing Council.

Experience: 0–3 years

Experience in Medical Oncology is must

Skills:

Strong clinical and patient care skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.

Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
