Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse provides essential support to the clinic's medical staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining a sterile environment for regenerative medicine procedures, and assisting the Physiotherapist when necessary. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and gain experience in a dynamic specialty setting. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical and Patient Care (Primary Focus) Patient Intake: Greet patients, take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.), and accurately document patient history and chief complaints into the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Procedure Assistance: Prepare patients and procedure trays for regenerative medicine procedures. This includes ensuring all equipment is sterile and readily available. Monitoring and Post-Procedure Care: Monitor patients during and immediately after procedures, addressing any immediate concerns and providing clear post-procedure instructions under the physician's direction. Phlebotomy: Perform venipuncture (blood draws) accurately and safely, as required for processing regenerative therapies (e.g., Platelet-Rich Plasma - PRP). 2. Clinic Operations and Administration Sterilization and Supply Management: Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols. Sterilize instruments, manage inventory of medical supplies, and ensure all treatment rooms are stocked and clean. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential medical records and consent forms. Collaboration: Work closely with the Physician, Physiotherapist, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and clinic flow. 3. Support for Physiotherapy Setup: Assist the Physiotherapist by preparing treatment areas and necessary equipment. Patient Support: Help mobilize patients, prepare them for exercises, and monitor their comfort level during therapy sessions, as directed by the Physiotherapist. Applying Modalities: Assist in the setup of certain physical therapy modalities (e.g., heat packs, cold packs) under supervision
