Staff nurse

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled B.Sc Nurse to join our healthcare team at Medlounges Hospital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Operation Theatre or be willing to undergo training to assist in OT procedures and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
• Prepare OT with required instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure infection control standards are followed
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients
• Monitor and record patient vitals during procedures
• Coordinate with OT technicians and nursing staff for smooth workflow
• Maintain documentation and patient records accurately

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution
• Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration (or in process)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in OT
