Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support doctors in medical procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of daily nursing duties in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform CPR or other lifesaving measures when required.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse with [State Nursing Council Name].
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
