Staff Nurse

• Patient Care: Assess patient conditions, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and provide direct personal assistance to injured, ill, or convalescent patients.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans to meet patient needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitoring & Assessment: Monitor patient vital signs and overall health, observing for any changes or deterioration and reporting them to the healthcare team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and medical histories.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Equipment Management: Ensure medical equipment is in good working order and ready for use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
