Staff Nurse / Nursing Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the management of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel
• Support the Nursing Supervisor in developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures that align with the organization’s standards
• Monitor patient care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Assist in addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring a responsive and compassionate approach to care.
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence others.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
