ROLE: STAFF NURSE

SHIFT: NO NIGHT SHIFT

LOCATION: EGMORE, CHENNAI

SALARY: AS PER STANDARDS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide direct patient care based on nursing process and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using hospital information systems.
• Ensure infection control standards are followed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
• Collaborate with other nurses, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Participate in nursing rounds, audits, and continuous education programs.
